That we operate in a quality-conscious way is underlined by our enforcement of rigorous quality management. This is implemented with reference to the 5 principles given below. We also insist that customers’ demands and expectations should be precisely met. We have established strong in-house procedures to ensure that our QM-system is maintained and continuously improved.

Market-oriented quality. Our quality standards make us stand out from our trade rivals. We respond quickly and flexibly to the market’s quality demands. Everything comes from a single source – one partner for all solutions.

Economic quality. Quality at the point of production means quality in the end-result. That means high quality production makes sense from the point of view of economics – it is to our customers’ advantage and our own benefit.

Accountability for quality assurance. Ensuring quality affects everyone involved in the production process. Our aim is not that quality control and verification should be done by one individual. Rather the goal is that all participants in the process should be involved in quality assurance. In our company everyone is responsible for the quality of his/her job.

Quality consciousness. To become quality conscious and to avoid mistakes – our employees know what is important. Our products are required to meet stringent standards, in areas such as safety, environmental compatibility etc, and so we have developed a distinct feeling for quality, conforming to the "zero error" principle.

Process integrated quality. Each step counts – continuous quality assurance is part of all our production processes: from the first contact with the customer right

through to delivery.
